Hanni has been a dedicated healthcare professional for 20 years. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in both biology and psychology from St. Mary's University and later completed her nursing degree in 2011. Her nursing career has primarily focused on acute care at St. Cloud Hospital, where she discovered her passion for vascular access. She played a key role in establishing and growing the hospital’s IV team and became one of St. Cloud’s first Vascular Access Specialists. Hanni is board-certified in both vascular access and infusion therapy. As a mother of three, she understands how difficult it can be to prioritize self-care, and she is excited to help others reduce stress and improve their well-being.

Sara is an entrepreneur at heart, beginning her career in 2015 as a Registered Nurse in the Float Pool at St. Cloud Hospital. A graduate of SCSU, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Born and raised in St. Cloud, she moved to Sartell in 2020 to start her family.


Sara is a woman of many roles: mother, wife, leader, and business owner. She runs a successful health-focused e-commerce business from home and has always been passionate about helping others. After becoming a nurse, she recognized the lack of preventive health options and sought ways to help people improve their well-being. She strongly believes in prevention and is dedicated to helping others find resources to optimize their health.


Sara’s outgoing and fun nature, along with her desire for growth, led her to co-found Elite Vitality. She specializes in IV nutrition and laser therapies.

Sara Montreuil-Althaus

Tayler is originally from a small town in rural Minnesota, and has always had a passion for self-care, self-love, and beauty. She earned dual bachelor's degrees in Community Psychology and Nursing. She began her career as a bedside nurse in the Cardiovascular Thoracic Unit at St. Cloud Hospital. However, seeking more from her career, Tayler pursued certification in the aesthetics industry and quickly fell in love with the field.


As an identical twin, Tayler and her sister had always dreamed of starting a business together. In September 2020, they brought that dream to life by founding Twin Image Aesthetics. As their business continued to grow, they envisioned creating a retreat for women, offering a wider range of services in partnership with other like-minded women.

Torri is from a small town in rural Minnesota, and has had a passion for beauty and health since childhood. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Community Psychology from St. Cloud State University and later received her Bachelor of Nursing from St. Scholastica. After graduating, she began working as a bedside nurse in the Heart and Vascular Center at St. Cloud Hospital.


Torri shares the same birthday with her best friend, her identical twin sister. As children, they dreamed of owning a business together, which led to the creation of Twin Image Aesthetics in Sartell, MN, in September 2020. With the business’s continued growth, Torri is excited to collaborate with other like-minded women to create something even bigger and better than they ever imagined.
